How to apply for TSC Jobs through HRMIS Portal

TSC has announced massive recruitment of new teachers on permanent and pensionable terms. The Teachers Service Commission is now inviting qualified candidates to apply through its online recruitment system, HRMIS.

Here is how to log in to the HRMIS recruitment portal and apply for TSC jobs in Kenya:

Step 1: Go to the TSC online recruitment portal through the link: https://hrmis.tsc.go.ke/app/login

Step 2: Enter your details to log in as shown below:

Step 3: You will be sent an authentication code via SMS on your phone. Enter the authentication code as shown by the arrow below:

Step 4: Choose the vacancy you want to apply for under the “advert” section. On the dropdown menu, choose your vacancy of choice, e.g. Secondary: 4000/09/2020

Step 5: Click Log in. You will be directed to the next step

Step 6: Click on “Edit my details” to fill in your personal/professional information as shown:

Step 7: Click on the button “Apply” to apply for a specific school vacancy

Step 8: After completing entry of your personal/professional details, and applying for up to {{max_per_applicant}} vacancies, click on Logout to exit the application form.

Step 9: You will be advised by sms and/or email of the progress of your application.

Step 10: Sit back and relax, everything is fine!
