Revised KCPE Timetable 2020 – Dates and Subjects

KCPE Timetable 2021

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, schools were closed for approximately 10 months. Consequently, the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) was forced to reschedule KCPE and KCSE examinations.

The revised KCPE timetable shows that the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education examinations will begin on March 22, 2021.

Rehearsals for KCPE 2020 will be done on Friday 19th, 2021, and the examinations start with Mathematics on Monday 22.

KCPE candidates will also sit for the English Language paper in the midmorning of Monday 22, followed by English Composition in the afternoon.

On Tuesday, 23rd March 2021, students will sit for Science and Kiswahili Papers respectively.

Social Studies and Religious Education paper will be done on the final day of KCPE examinations, March 23, 2021.

Approximately 1,187,517 candidates are expected to sit for the KCPE exam this year.
