Today TSC has advertised 5,000 TSC jobs for prospective teachers. The recruitment exercise will take place this September, 2020
The teachers recruited will serve on a permanent and pensionable basis to support the 100 percent transition from primary to secondary schools.
Among the 5000 teachers, 1000 will be recruited from the primary school option while 4,000 will be secondary school teachers. Some practicing primary school teachers in primary schools will also be promoted under this recruitment drive.
The commission is also advertising 5,474 vacancies for primary and 1,100 vacancies for secondary schools to replace teachers who exited service.

Eligible candidates are expected to submit their applications online through the career section on TSC website. The deadline for the TSC job applications will be September 14, 2020. Successful candidates will be placed within their county of application immediately.
